Better Golf: Centred Contact

Nothing will give you a faster charge of confidence than hitting a ball out of the centre of the club face.  Most players would, in fact, rather make solid contact even if the ball travels slightly off-line than a miss-hit shot which makes its way toward the target.

The video below discusses a few of the influences that can make the difference between striking the ball out of the centre of the club face or missing it all together.

The previous three videos in the Better Golf series talk about the need to control the club head, club face and angle of attack.  These are all critical to get right to give you the best chance of making centred contact.
