Over-acceleration kills chip shots

Over-acceleration can cause thin and fat chip shots (among other nasty results). The secret to improving your contact is to feel that your downswing speed is 25-50% of its normal speed. Here’s why…

    Thanks Melbourne Golf Coach, I experimented with my downswing speed and had some interesting (good interesting) results. I was even able to hit my shots a little higher and they landed a little softer.
